NOTE: Since there are quite a lot of entries (both purchases in my shop and comments) I'm not going to be able to do a drawing from a hat like last time. I don't have the time to print and cut out all those names! I'm going to assign everyone a number and then use a random number generator to choose the number. I've also decided that this month I'm going to have 2nd and 3rd place prizes as well... sooooo good luck everyone!!

Happy belated Easter...

It's a belated Happy Easter from me to you... all because of Comcast. It's too long of a story to explain, but to sum it up, I HATE Comcast and I desperately wish that Verizon high speed was available in my subdivision. I've been without Internet for TWO weeks. TWO WEEKS people. That. Is. An. ETERNITY.

At any rate... after 2 hours of working on cable lines AND running a new line to our house today... we have our internet again. Hip Hip hooray.

Now - HAPPY EASTER!! Hope everyone had a super one! Here are my two joys outside the house before church. Nicole is wearing her new Easter dress I made for her.

I'd call it a success...

The craft show, in my opinion, was a success for me! My goal was to at least make my booth fee for the two days and I made almost three times that! Yay!! So since this was my first show, I'd consider that to be pretty good! According to the other crafters there, they said it seemed like a slower show than in the past, too.


Here's a couple pics of my booth area... I think it turned out quite nice! I can't wait until another show! It was a lot of fun and I met a few people who I really really liked and hope to see again! What a great weekend!

Craft Show -March 15 and 16

Well, I'm just about all set for the craft show at Expo. I set up most of my stuff this afternoon and will finish in the morning before the show opens at 9. I'll post pictures tomorrow of my setup at the show! I would have finished this afternoon but forget my shelves I wanted to use! D'oh! :)

Here's hoping I have a good show and that closing my shop for 2 weeks was worth it!

Easter Bibs!

Hi! In sewing for the craft fair I realized that Easter is the week after, so I thought I'd better have something Eastery to sell! Here are the Easter ribbon bibs and Easter jingle egg loopy tag toys...

If you're browsing over to my blog from Etsy (or anywhere for that matter) and want to buy one of these, just send me a convo on Etsy and I'll set you up with a listing. They are $7.50 for the bib and $6.00 for the toy... As a set I'll sell them for $12.

The bibs are 100% cotton with a satiny ribbon sewn in that says Happy Easter. Both are backed with terry cloth, one creamy yellow and one pink. The toy is backed in terry cloth and has ribbon tags and has a jingle bell in the center so it kind of rattles! :)

Etsy Withdrawal...

*sigh* what's different about yesterday and today? I go to my email and *gasp*... there isn't any!! Not a single one... except the occasional junk. No "Etsy Transaction" or "Etsy Conversation" from xxx person. I MISS MY ETSY!!!

My shop is closed for TWO WEEKS! while I prepare for the craft show. I MISS MY SHOP!! I want people to be able to see my stuff... but at the same time I can't possibly take orders while I'm building my inventory... *Sigh* I WISH there was a way for people to "window shop" and just not be able to buy anything... because I'd love to leave my items out there!

So I am going through withdrawal right now... I miss it!

I hope you people out there don't forget about me! Shoot me a convo or something, please? :) Let me know you're still out there...
